How do I move my clients from another program?
We will move your database for you, or you can upload it yourself from Excel. Before uploading you can see how the columns were recognised, and an import can be undone.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan, and All-inclusive starts at 7,000 ₸ a month. The first 30 days include every feature, free, no card needed. The price depends on the number of branches, and you can add stylists without limits. See pricing
Do clients need an account to book?
No. A client picks a service, a stylist and a time on the salon page and books without signing up.
Which WhatsApp number do I need and how do I connect it?
You need the salon's WhatsApp number, connected in the account as one of the steps of the first evening. Chats and the AI receptionist's replies go out from that number. Confirmations and reminders go out as official messages from the shared suluu number. Until WhatsApp is connected, reminders are not sent.
How many WhatsApp messages are included in a plan?
The trial includes 100 messages for the whole period. On the All-inclusive plan the monthly package depends on the number of branches: 300, 600 or 1,500 messages. You can buy 500 more for 10,000 ₸. When the package runs out, the message is not sent and the salon sees this in the account. See pricing
Where is the client database stored?
The database sits on servers in Kazakhstan. You can export your clients to Excel at any time.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Nothing is deleted. The salon moves to the free plan: 1 stylist, 10 bookings a week, the calendar and online booking. Data export stays available.
Is Kazakh supported?
The site and the account are translated into Kazakh, and we are still proofreading the translation.
Can I work from a phone?
Yes. The account works in the browser on a phone and a computer. Apps for the App Store and Google Play are coming soon.
I work alone, without a salon. Is it for me?
Yes. The free plan is made for a single stylist: the calendar and online booking with your own Instagram page.
